Time for a new Solo Perk

Lately when playing solo I've been left to die on the hook way too frequently, some survivors would just rather continue working on their gens or totems.

So now that I'm maxed out on blood points, I'm either going to buy Adam for Deliverance or Nancy for Inner Strength.

I'm leaning Adam, even though Nancy may be more well rounded.

Just curious on what people think.

Both of these are good, but for me in terms of healing bringing a brown medkit into the match is enough. You practically never run out of them..

If you need a perk perfect for solo queue, try Kindred or Bond - both are very good

If you want to spend real money, you should go for Nancy, since Adam is obtainable via Shards.

If going strictly for the Perks, I would prefer Adam over Nancy, Inner Strength is an okish Perk, but it does not heal that fast (the initial healing is fast, but spending the time to cleanse a Totem and going to a Locker is not really optimal), but I would prefer Deliverance, simply because it can help you a lot when left alone on the Hook.

There is obviously no guarantee that you get to use Deliverance, but thats basically the same with Inner Strength, especially as Solo Survivor.

Totally, I've got both and use Bond pretty often. Although I'm trying to use less aura perks at the moment.

I agree. Watching inner strength heal you incredibly fast is pretty awesome, but it takes a lot of time to get it going. For the amount of time invested you may as well just run self-care.

Inner Strength is an amazing perk for those situations where the enemy is running some anti-healing slowdown like Sloppy + Clownophobia nonsense and I usually find a dull if not a hex to break at least once during the match which is already enough to pull value from it (Playstyle thing for some people who refuse to touch bones unless it glows which is also fine).

Deliverance is amazing too but a feels bad when you get chased first doing it and no amount of trying to divert him to other survivors works and he chases you until he downs you (I guess you get some gens done but having that perk greyed out is a slight feels bad). This is just for doing what you're supposed to be doing (personally dislike people who just hide and immerse until they can get an unhook and activate the perk as it defeats the purpose of it helping you win rather than having it deactivated...)

The best part of Deliverance for solo play is that situation where you see your potato teammates all rush hooks and just keep trading hooks for the first 2~ minutes of a match and you power 3 generators alone when it's just you and one other survivor on death hook. Inevitably that guy gets slugged and the killer comes chasing after you and you have Deliverance, DS, Unbreakable, Dead Hard to get you a hatch out or even houdini a door escape. It's a pretty big feel good but that's also the extreme and you'll get varying value from having 2 guys crouching next to you waiting for a fast rescue as you get downed sort of invalidating the perk to the other side where 3 guys finish their respective gens as you pull yourself off as soon as the killer leaves.

It's debatable since you're doing two objectives at the same time and it's ultra rare that any locker are near of a totem.
