Why is the hill side bug still not fixed? stop making content and please fix your game

please fix the hill side bug! A fellow survivor and myself both got caught on it one after another. I was stuck there for 5 minutes spinning in circles trying to get out! and when the killer finally came over to me i was happy to get downed! and guess what the survivor who came to save me also got stuck in the same spot trying to sneak around the hill to save me. hook was on top of the hill. serious this has been happening since 4.0 and you still haven't addressed it. i know 220 hours isn't alot compared to some people but crap like this is why i dont play more.
