Will Huntress hitboxes ever get fixed?
Every game I play against her, bad hitboxes get me killed. People are literally getting rewarded for missing their shots. :/

Big maps, latency giving priority to worst lag, matchmaking, Legion, Clown, Plague, Dead Hard, Holes in the ground where you get stuck, me I ccontinue with all the other things that need attention too?
One season without new content for you to have time and focus on fixing your game, it won't die, and we would all apreciate it Devs...

It literally has nothing to do with her hit boxes whatsoever.
It's just bad ping with dedicated servers, that's it.

No, it's also hitboxes.
Hatchet hitboxes are literally globes, and survivor "hitboxes" are giant capsules that aren't remotely related to their models.

Sure,but they would have to change pretty much everything if they want to retouch models and their hitboxes.
That would be waaaaay too much work for maybe fixing some odd hits from 1 or 2 killers

There's nothing to "fix", they are designed that way intentionally.
The hatchets and survivor hit boxes are in those shapes for a very good reason.
The change you want in relation to their hit boxes matching the exact shape would require ludicrous work. The devs had a stream in the past where they went over it in a lot of detail to explain why that is unrealistic.
They also even tested a more accurate shape of the hatchet in the past and it caused a lot more problems so it was scrapped.
The hit boxes the hatchets and survivors have now are perfectly fine.

It's literally a dead horse man. This same topic has been beaten down over and over and over throughout the years.
To the peoples defense on posting the topic though, they may simply be new and not know this. So I suppose that's pretty reasonable. Can't really begrudge them for that.

"Fixing" would imply that something is amiss. Would you rather her hatchets be smaller, so she can get you even more consistently? Or would you rather only the top 1% of all players, exclusively PC, be able to play as and/or against her because of the sheer workload model-acccurate hitboxes would have?

I would prefer it if her hatchets wouldn't hurt me when they hit the air. :/

But then she would be able to get you over/through objects she was previously unable to and you would have less counterplay.

you mean like through small cracks and stuff? If so that would be ok. It would actually require some skill too, unlike hitting the air. But obviously its a difficult process.

There's also the big hatchet hitboxes hitting the terrain, the misc objects that makes up loops, walls, pallets and windows so not just small cracks. It will also weaken body blocking a tad.
