The MacMillan Estate is located in Seattle, Washington. We know this from Evan's Archive Blood, Brass and Grit
Autohaven Wreckers has a car with an Illinois license plate on it and an old, discontinued offering for it was a Virginia license plate. So it's in one of those places.
Coldwind Farm is Hillbilly's realm. Hillbilly is a term that usually gets affiliated with the Tennessee area of the U.S.
Crotus Prenn Asylum is tricky, but I always just imagine Pennsylvania (Prenn reminds me of Pennsylvania). A bit of a stretch though.
Haddonfield is a fictional town in Illinois.
Backwater Swamp is likely in the Louisiana area. It's kind of known for the bayous.
Léry's Memorial Institute is in Illinois. Illinois seems to be popular.
Red Forest is the name of the forest within a 10-square kilometer area of Chernobyl.
Springwood is a fictional town in Ohio.
Gideon's Meatpacking Plant is in New York City. One of the agents in one of the movies mentions a code specific to New York City.
Yamaoka Estate is in the Kagawa Prefecture of Japan.
Ormond is a fictional town in Alberta, Canada (although there is a real town called Ormond in Ontario, that's not the Ormond in DBD).
Hawkins National Laboratory is in Indiana.
Grave of Glenvale is in Arizona.
Silent Hill is a fictional town in Maine.
I think that's all of them.

Mother's Dwelling may be on the Red Forest near to Chernobyl but the Temple of Purgation is located in Babylon which is in the north of Africa. It's weird how The Entity just stick together places that are really far apart.

Yeah, the Temple really annoys me. They claim it's the Entity taking things from the Killers' memories and imperfectly recreating it, but it should have seen that the Temple was not in a forest.
Though I must correct you. Babylon was in Iraq, in the Middle East, which is actually part of Asia. Still nowhere near the Red Forest, but it is a little bit closer to Russia than northern Africa.
