Just remove Laurie from the game
WARNING THE CONTENTS OF THIS POST MAY HAVE SOME INTENSE SARCASM IN IT.
As the title says people that play ehr seem to have this need to either quit the lobby at 6 seconds thereby locking 3 people into getting screwed. They also seem to at an abnormally high rate rage quit the instant they get downed or find out the killer. There's also certain players who seem to do this with regularity and if I know them in my lobby I warn everyone else and dodge.
So apparently some conveniently ignore the sarcasm in this post for whatever reason while others even say they know i'm joking.

What about us Halloween fans? I normally play Killer, but when I play Survivor I’d like to use Laurie because I love Halloween. I only DC if I have something else to do in real life.5

You could always expect the dc.

I see all kinds of people rage quit or leave. The character they are playing has nothing to do with that and the fact you think it does is kind of funny lol
People are going to do what they want. If they want to dc then they are going to, it has nothing to do with them being feng or nea or meg or laurie or dwight.

Laurie is the top waifu tho.

It's not that I think it's the character, it's backed up by the fact that Laurie's based upon matches i've played and watched on streams quit more. I actually had a running data sheet for fun I was keeping as both killer and survivor.
Now granted this was last season but it still seems to hold true but Laurie's had a dc rate that was 10x higher than anyone else.

@powerbats
it is already bad enough that I get lobby dodge when playing certain characters and especially with her. I am trying to prestige her at the moment.
I understand killers frustration but it sucks because not all players play the same ways. I do not even use ds when playing Laurie at the moment. Ds nerf is coming next month and sc is getting nerf as well so I can not wait to see how the game changes.

Oh same, I ran it on ehr just for the darn adet achievement and right after lobby was 3 Megs and a Nea, Nea left 4th Meg joins. The killer instantly dodged even though only 1 person had an item and 3 were readied up.

Laurie's are always the one that farms the ######### out of people on the hook and the biggest sandbagger from my experience.
Plus all that rage quit when they get downed/miss DS, typical toxic junk.
Remove Laurie. Replace with Loomis. Thx.2 -

I use DS i don't DC if I miss it so no not 100%.

Happenned to me multiple time, and i still can't understand how someone can dedicate their time just to screw others lobby when this one haven't launched yet.

No bulli Lurrhie. She is best girl! How dare you!
Lol, okay I had my fun. Real talk. It sucks that people now see Laurie as a close runner up behind Claudette. She's been my main since the start, and it breaks my heart to see people playing her like toxic pricks. I can never join lobbies with her P3 clothes on or else I'm downright asking for it. I play her solely because I like her aesthetic. I promise not all Lauries are toxic!

Somewhat yes but I've noticed when playing Piug/Trapper if it's a Laurie and they're the obsesion they quite often dc right at start. The pic is from last season I think and they dc'd instantly since they spawned near a trap. The other survivor with her confirmed it and was laughing the entire time.

That which can be asserted by documented evidence may not be dismissed a being without evidence. As you'd know if you'd read the earlier posts before yours. I had a running log just to track dc's that happened the moment the killer downed someone.
Which is why i said Laurie's had a 10x higher rate of dcing compared to other toons. That was just over 100 games tracked. I'm tracking all my games both sides now with screenshots for better data collection.
Through 15 games survivor side it's 1 Laurie and 1 Jake. i'm also tracking maps and killers for a breakdown to see if there's correlation by map/killer/other survivor choices. This is at ranks 1-3 currently.

I wish this logic applied to marth's experiment, or any player's experiences that you always dismiss in favor of what you already believe.

"B-b-but no one plays like Marth... >ERROR< >ERROR<" - yep, no one is playing like Marth - perkless. Survivors play like Marth, but with perks.

Documentation versus a person going for a predetermined outcome and using controls to ferret out personal bias. Since I had documentation of 100+ games and not any personal bias used. When you or someone else on here claims most or all your games are 4 man swf games with 4 dds/fl/sc/sb you're own biases are there.

No, you have only words. "Hey guys, I have proofs, I swear! Got documentation! But I won't show it, because... Uhhh... REASONS". How can we believe you? Your favourite sentence - "That which can be asserted without evidence can be dismissed without evidence." applies to you.
While you have only words, Marth has tons of footage, tons of evidence, tons of other things to prove his, and our, points, and still you reject his IRREFUTABLE evidences. Hypocrisy, sorry to tell you that, but you are a hypocrite.
PS. Asking the devs to remove a skin from the game is just... Bizzare.
5 -
You're obviously not worth debating over this, Marth went in with a predetermined outcome in mind. I could post my documentation yet you'd still deny it and say I made it up.Also nice Straw Man there saying I'm asking the devs to remove a skin from the game.
Since others in this thread have commented on Laurie having issues more than others I guess that means they also want Laurie or her skin but not all her skins removed from the game. Now do you realize the foolishness of your statement?
Oh and I didn't realize that videos weighed tons, or that now that you agree with something eh says his words mean something. Yet when a streamer evena popular one says something you don't like it's oh they're just a streamer or that's just 1 persons opinions etc.
So the question becomes do a steamers words matter or not, just so from this point onward there's no saying something different.

You are asking the devs to remove a skin from the game. Survivors are skins, and nothing more.
People also showed support for the results in marth's experiment, which you also dismissed. I think we've found the root of the problem when it comes to your inability to accept imbalance: you. Because all you care about is your preconceived notions, regardless of what other people demonstrate to be true.
4 -
This is like saying "Leatherface needs to be removed from the game because people who play them camp a lot more than the other killers." Blame the player, not the character.
If Laurie is removed from the game, all those DC'ers will just choose a new character to play, and just DC regardless.
0 -
I just dodge any lobby with a Laurie in it. As killer and survivor. ^^

So apparently the intense sarcasm of the entire post flew by you somehow yet others caught on just fine. So no i'm not asking the devs to remove a skin from the game. Nor were any of those who agreed with me.
I mean @Giche even stated he knew i was joking but you had to try and bring in things entirely not dealing with the thread. Which again is the height of hypocrisy since you said in another thread lets keep the logical fallacies out of the discussion and on topic.

People rage in this game 10 times the national average, but that's just regular players, Lauries are worse, way, way worse.
XD If you know what that's from, I love you.

Laurie isn't the problem. Its the people who play her. If you removed Laurie these players would just do the same thing with another survivor.

@powerbats But Laurie is so memeable:

Keep her but she desperately needs cosmetics. I know with licensing and everything it probably won't happen but she needs to be saved from the mom jeans!

Go back and read what I posted and what others have posted, go look at the poster i quoted who said they knew i was joking. Marth also had some flaws with his experiment but I want to watch all the videos so I can point it out with absolute clarity.
You're not worth debating if you're going to assume despite clear evidence to the contrary I wasn't asking for Laurie to be removed from the game.
