Oni dash weapon stuck on screen after pallet stun

On PC I was playing as Oni, while in Fury I performed a dash attack and ended up with a pallet stun. After that the dash weapon didn't disappeared from screen till I recharge and activate Blood Fury again. I don't know how often this occurs. Here is how it looks like while bugged.
