Problems with the Oni

I'm getting really tired of this. When playing the oni I keep encountering a bug where im unable to perform anykind of action, weather it being absorbing blood orbs, using blood fury, damaging generators, or vaulting. On top of it my movement speed is reduce to the point where survivors are now faster then me.
I don't know why or how this keep happening but it's really starting to annoy me.
