New Perk Ideas: Locker Jam and a Rigged Locker

Locker Jam: Every time a survivor completes a generator, all lockers are sealed and can’t be used for 30/45/60 seconds.
Rigged Locker:
Find a locker, and place a trap on that locker that makes it so a survivor can’t escape said Locker for it has been trapped to lock for 15/30/45 seconds. If you attempt to open the locker while the survivor is still in there, they are automatically put in dying state and thrown on your shoulder.
You can attempt to tackle out but it works like escaping a bear trap and has a failure chance. Every time you try it makes a loud noise, and when you bust out of it, that also makes a loud noise. If you don’t want to tackle at the door to run, you can wait out the time.

For how often survivors hide in lockers this perk would be forgotten. Personally I'll hide in a locker once a day... and that's not if I'm being forced too.
