Getting stuck on hills (all outside maps)

I’ve seen others report this issue and it ranges from being stuck for 30 seconds to being unable to move. I’ve experienced this 4 times in the last 2 weeks and each time I’ve been unable to move at all (except pivot on the spot). Usually a killer is nice enough to let you struggle free (even being downed doesn’t allow me to move, I just crawl on the spot) but it’s incredibly frustrating, especially when I can spend upwards of 4 minutes watching the game go by unable to help or assist. It tend to happen on corners of hills near the slope up to the top.
