Unhook with Deliverance does not count towards "Not Today" achievement.

As title say, unhooks using Deliverance does not count(or not always) towards "Not Today" achievement. I'm sure it is active as i safely unhook someone else before attempting to unhook myself and i get broken status afterwards.
I said not always because sometimes it does count, it could be Deliverance triggering with base unhook chance (so they overlap in a sense). Can't say for sure, because as player i can't reliably reproduce this (i would need 100% unhook chance on top of Deliverance which is unachievable with current perks).
