nintendo switch gameplay not working

When you go to play dbd on switch it does not let you load into the game it just makes you sit there and doesn’t change at all it’s been going on for like 3 days now and i would like if it could get fixed so i could go back to playing.

Have you tried turning the console COMPLETELY off? Not sleep mode. And leave it off for a minute or so? That fixed it for me
