Do Killers Meet Each Other?
Sorry for asking so many questions, I'm relatively new to the lore side of DBD. But do killers see each other? I know legion can see the other members but that seems to be the exception rather than the rule. I think it'd be pretty boring if they didn't. I'd love to see something like Death Slinger and Huntress get into a shoot off. And stuff like Oni and Spirit interacting, since they're related and only here because of they're rage.

We really don't know.
Some of the devs say the Killers are all in their separate realms, awaiting their next trial, unable to move from one realm to another until it is time to do so. Some of the devs say that the Killers are able to roam around freely and that Wraith and Nurse are in love.
I honestly believe that statement was made solely to legitimize the Wraith and Nurse Valentine's Day cosmetics they made, and it's the statement most people have snatched onto.
I don't, because cosmetics (besides the Legion, Blight and POSSIBLY Prestige) are not canon in my eyes. That is how I've treated them since their inception, and the more bizarre cosmetics that have been coming out recently (cough Greek collection cough) just continue to prove that.

Thats a little weird. This seems like a pretty big thing to not have an answer to. I hope the devs clear it up eventually. Thanks for the info.

The “Tragic Love Opera” came in february of 2019, while the lore stream in which the devs confirmed that they could interact with each other came in October of 2018, so I doubt that the answer was just to promote the outfits:
Do Killers interact with other Killers in the fog? If so, how?
Farah - "Are we teasing the thing?"
Dave - "You just did, I guess... I think it's totally possible. I think some are rivals; most are neutral. I think that the community creates amazing fanart and content. I would like to make a canon that The Wraith and The Nurse have something."
The answer also does not conflict with the answer that they gave in the first lore Q/A, because in there ,they were talking about the killers being separated from each other when stalking the survivors. It never said that there couldn’t be interactions between each other and well, in that time, the lore wasn’t as thought as it was in the stream, so for the moment, the stream seems more trustworthy for me:
Well, there's only one Killer at a time in the lobby."
"They're kept separate from each other and then they're taken to a place where they can stalk the victims."
So for me, yes, they can interact with each other, even if they are kept separated most of the time, is still something that can happen and has happened with Wraith and the Nurse.

October 2018 was the first time we've seen the Alchemist, who as we now know, experimented on the other Killers. Hence the "Are we teasing the thing?" from Farah. The outfits are also designed a bit in advance (though I highly doubt as long as chapters) so Dave's quote about making Wraith and Nurse's thing canon could be referencing that.
I will give in that sure, maybe they were saying that Killers do interact, but those quotes just feel off. If Dave is one of the guys working on the lore (which I can't remember honestly), why would he say "I THINK it's totally possible." Doesn't bring a lot of confidence.
And that other quote DOES conflict with that statement. "they're kept SEPARATE from each other and THEN they're taken to a place where they can stalk the victims." This implies that they are indeed separate until it is time to stalk the Survivors.
This is the kind of thing that I wish they outright stated, because I'm tired of all of this flip-flopping around the subject.

Yes, but the Q/A is a lot older and it has some answers become outdated(like killers not being undead), while the stream fits better with the actual lore and is backed up by the outfits, that I think is mean to be canon. Is possible that at first, they didn’t have plans for the killers to see each other in the lore, but changed their minds at the time of the stream, which is not exactly uncommon in DBD.
And in my opinion, that answer in the Q/A still leaves things open to interpretation, because the question wasn’t about killers meeting each others, just what the entity normally does with them, but doesn’t shut the possibility of rare interaction.
After all, there are a lot of killers that don’t have proper realms to stay, like the Clown canonically travels the realm in his carriage, Ghostface and the Blight also don’t have maps linked to them, although Blight was in the Chapel at the time of his transformation, so is possible that they would interact with each other.

It could be possible that The Entity used to allow The Killers to interact or just dumped them all in one pocket realm till they are needed, only to have to change this after acquiring killers like Myers who is very hard to control and would likely attack/kill the others.
Also, the devs once said that The Entity is not perfect and does make mistakes. So it could also be likely that two or more killers were placed into a single realm completely by accident and interacted then.
