Step 2 : Choose challenge "Heroic Virtue" from Tome IV
Step 3 : Play as survivor in a public match
Step 4: Play game until everybody escapes except yourself
Step 5 : Escape through hatch
Step 6: Get no challenge progression

Same here, Just played as jane and everyone escaped through the exit gates in front of me and i ran through it like 5 seconds after them and 0 progression.
