Decisive Strike in my opinion
DS by itself is eh, usually you can either eat it early so that it's gone for the rest of the game, or you can leave them slugged. Now them being slugged brings in what I think makes DS so strong, Unbreakable. DS-Unbreakable is the one perk combo I dread going against, drop in Sprint Burst and if you're an ok survivor, you're tournament ready. Unbreakable is good, DS is good, them together is the bane of a good situation

I agree. DS and Unbreakable are nasty...
*hides Survivor perk build...*
But on a serious note, I despite those perks even as Survivor. They're very situational and a waste of a perk slot, if you never even get to use them, like myself.

Guess i shoulda put more context to that part, only if you know where survivors are, and if you're ok with those generators popping, or if they're OoO

There is counter to this, which is literally to just eat the DS early or waste an Unbreakable early. That's it.
Personally, I think both perks are fine on their own, and if you chase another survivor after an unhook they're not an issue, but if they added in anti-synergy to these perks (for example, "While Decisive Strike is active, you cannot recover by yourself past 80% progress by any means.") I wouldn't complain at all.

Yea, DS Unbreakable is just literally "I either make you chase for another minute, or I get back up", it's just unfun and sometimes just defeating when they all use it. DS also needs a slight rework, so that the timer is like 30 or 40 secs but doesn't go down in chase or while slugged.

DS and cabinets are also unavoidable.
Even though they don't have a DS, they pretend to be and enter the cabinet.

Maybe they should add it so if they have DS active and they hop in a cabinet, the DS skill check is way smaller or just shuts off DS for the time being

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. Reverse Bear Traps are a fantastic solution to those two perks!

Or you just play aggressively and freely use at least one of them to completely undo the killers pressure. Every time I see someone say that they're situational, I know they're a nice person.

I probably have anger issues because sometimes I'm not a nice person when I play Dead by Daylight, but I always try to be as fair (and nice) as possible, up until either Killers (as a Survivor) or Survivors (as a Killer) piss me off one way or another. It may seem like I usually side with either Survivors or Killers, but honestly I'm neutral. I use ######### perks myself, as a Survivor, yet I still acknowledge how scummy they are as Killer.

Thats the thing a killer can get another hook and still get hit by a ds because it last a whole minute. Letting a survivor work on a gen for a whole minute mid game most of the time will result in a complete gen

They're actually not situational at all when you realize how much value you are gaining from them even when they don't activate.

I'm so fed up with this combot, more the loops...😕
Legion is good for that, because if he hits he catches up endurance.

I actually use Enduring on Legion for quick power cancels and post-ds chase catch up, it's an extremely good perk that honestly can make Legion extremely powerful in chase, because he can be right back on you again, only counter to it is just leaving loop or camping the loop after he enters fatigue, but then again if they do that you can just hit them if they don't have Deep Wound and pressure the others
