Why do Fengs skirts have no physics?

Why do her skirts look so awkward. Claudette, and Meg have skirts that look and swish around like skirts, short and long. Feng however has a medium length skirt and it sticks to her legs like (I don't mean this disrespectfully) a ps2 game character. I have been wanting to buy them but I cannot get past the lack of physics for the skirt. Why? Also Neas skirts don either but they are super short so I guess it's not needed.
