Just played a game on Shelter Woods against Pyramid Head. One survivor got sacrificed before the gates were open, and me and the other 2 survivors were in an open exit gate. The killer came and used his ranged attack to down one of them and injured the other. The injured person ran out and I bodyblocked for the downed survivor to get out. Once they left, I was able to run out. Unfortunately, when I checked the Tome it still says 0/6, despite two leaving before me. The quest was accepted before the trial.
