I wouldn't be surprised to see the changes in mid-october, in the next mid chapter patch

Not nearly long enough time since console optimization was promised

I was hoping for it to be announced with the release of the patch and not the ptb because otherwise it would cause hell for both sides, as everyone would just spam both. But ofc I'm disappointed again, along with the almost non existent list of bug fixes.
