What does the add-on Bubba "The Grease" give?

Description in the game:

Moderately increases Bubba's Chainsaw Revving threshold for triggering a Tantrum.

I did not understand from the description that this was and did not notice any changes during the game. Can someone explain in more detail? Who really understands.

    If you rev your chainsaw for too long Bubba goes on a tantrum. This addon makes it do you can rev for longer.

    In practice it's not very useful, since it's very unlikely you'll rev for so long in a normal match.
