so either im going insane or something is going wrong with ps4 germany because after asking people in twitch chats, ps4 germany seems to be the only platform where the full DLC cannot be bought yet. even after restating my ps4 and restarting dbd for over 2:30 hours now. is ps4 germany having problems or am i just going insane ???
