Hatch Key Glitch

I was playing on the Yamaoka map. The first one that came out and there's a glitch where the hatch won't open with a key. The hatch spawned right next to the stairs of the smaller patio buildings and the only way to open it was to stand on the stairs and try it. However, every time I clicked the open hatch button I would pop back to the stairs and not into the hatch. Just wanted to let someone who could fix it know that if you're on stairs you can't swing open the hatch if it's to close to said stairs.
