Just want to point out
Felix has most likely clashed with the entity once before being taken. In his bio:
Exploring an abandoned internment camp, they descended into what seemed to be an underground laboratory where they uncovered old, leather journals with illustrations and notes of inhumane experiments conducted on prisoners of the First Opium War held by the British East India Company. As they pushed through a locked door, they found a chamber scattered with human skeletons and dusty vials filled with an unknown serum. Before they could examine the contents, the ground seemed to shake beneath their feet and a hissing sound filled their ears. A strange fog suddenly appeared and giant claws seemed to burst from the ground as dark imagination mingled with reality to terrorise them. Before they understood what was happening, Felix's father and several other parents came to their rescue, using strange tools and objects to protect them. Felix stared at the scene in shock and disbelief. He wasn't sure if he was dreaming or living one of his father's ridiculous, supernatural stories. By the time he realised it wasn't a dream, it was all over. The Pariahs were safe, but their parents had mysteriously disappeared without a trace.
This means that
- The entity is a known creature to at least a small group of people ("He then joined young Felix in the library, where he helped him build elaborate wooden models of buildings while telling him wild stories about his secret club and their ancient battle against a dark and ominous force. Stories, Felix was sure, his father had made up to make his 'Imperiatti' group sound cooler than it actually was.")
- The entity can be fought off
- There's tools specifically made to ward off the entity.
These are interesting, at least to me, because it very well means Vigo could have been one of this small group and is using one of the tools to possibly conceal himself within the entity (though perhaps not, as i remember hearing about how he's more of the entity's plaything, it lets him experiment and watches him out of curiosity, pretending to not notice him - though I cannot find where this was said). This also means, if the tools are somehow brought it, the realms may be escapable, if not the entity could be killable from the inside out.

As evident in the mobile lore cinematics, the survivors and killers we have ingame are destined to either escape or die for/against the Entity. Felix, Ash, and Cheryl are pretty much the proof in the pudding that the survivors will get out. Killers like Slinger and Spirit also could very easily turn against the Entity, especially when you consider that Oni would follow the Spirit to whatever battle she took part in, considering how they're being manipulated by the Entity.
Felix is basically the Devs way of saying, with their own OG character(s), that the Entity can be fought, it can be beaten or at least escaped from, and that that story will be told soon. ;)

I dont know whether to consider mobile canon or not. Not because i hate it, but such an important cinematic should be available on PC, as well as they tend to divert in some way.

I don't think the devs would put something as big as that in a game without clarifying to us that its non canon. Mobile seems to be lore accurate so far.

Just clarifying the point about The Entity being fought off: Felix was saved, but the adults who charged in to save him and the others all disappeared without a trace.
Clearly, those adults must have done their homework. However, it sounds like The Entity simply traded the Pariahs for their parents.
Alternatively, did The Entity threaten the Pariahs with the intent of luring the parents, who may perhaps offer it more sustinance?
I agree that The Entity can be tackled, but I'm not so certain in this case it was beaten away.

Kate "escaped" the Entity by holding on to a rock only to be taken later just like Felix. I think I remember reading somewhere that the Entity has devoured entire worlds, even with god slayers like Cheryl or powerful demons like Freddy and Pennywise (who the devs confirmed they tried to get so i think its fair to take him into consideration) the entity can't be stopped because it's not a physical being its a multidimensional force of nature. It is no accident that Felix is the only survivor that specifically mentions his determination to leave the realm though, with competent hero's like Cheryl and Ash backing his brains and knowledge of the Entity its possible they could escape....but the entity feeds off of hope. If they didn't think they could escape they would be no use to the Entity.
It could be the Devs way of saying it can be beaten but a more cynical way to look at it would be the devs just showcasing how perfect Felix is to feed the entity

This is why I love this game.

I know right! What a ######### world where we can talk about Cheryl, Ash, and Freddy all existing in the same universe!
