You've lost it, I did know about the lockers and BBQ, I told you Iron Maiden counters lockers, or did you forget about that already?
There is no insta heal add ons, they were removed in a previous patch, the closet thing survivors have to an insta heal add on is the Styptic Agent which grants the endurance effect for 8 seconds. It was a nerf because it can no longer pick up dying survivors instantly.
DS does NOT work on Make Your Choice, that's the whole point of Make Your Choice, DS is only active once you've been unhooked, the rescuer is the one who suffers from exposed, if you're tunneling the person who was rescued and eating a DS stun then that's totally on you.

That's wrong, the 4man survival rate is about 50%, and 4 man SWF's are extremely rare. Here are the stats

Spine chill in my opinion is perfect the way it is, easily countered as killer as well. It opens many more mind games with it as well to the survivors you suspect are running the perk.
Remember spine chill only works when you're looking at them, so easiest solution, only look at them to where it gives them no use out of it while still keeping in mind how long you're chasing them for. I honestly do not struggle with spine chill+resilience users at all. It's such a little percentage increase that it becomes irrelevant to me so long as you're well focused.
and for the survivors side, it is nice to have a counter to stealth killers so personally imo, it's a well balanced perk.
