In the description for the latest DLC it says that you get an item for Felix. I’ve bought the DLC but can’t work out what the item is? Is it the gold vest?

yeah that’s probably it, a piece of cosmetic that you get exclusively when buying the chapter as a whole

Should be his tannish-yellow sport coat. At least, that's the "DLC" cosmetic listed in the wiki for him.
