Step 1 : Be in Killer Terror Radius
Step 2 : Not hear heartbeat

- Character played - Kate
- Perks played - BT, Bond, DH, Detective's Hunch
- Map - Ormond
- Frequency of the issue - So far, I've noticed it several times but did not note down the info (or clip it)
