Could someone tell me if "We'll Make It" and "Desperate Measures" work together?

    Yeah it works , they added a cap that prevents We'll Make It from stacking with other Healing Speed bonuses but they removed this later.


    Patch 4.0.2:

    Buff (undocumented): Removed the Healing Speed cap. We'll Make It can now stack its bonus with those of other Unlockables.
