When holding an item while fully infected by the plague they hold it wrong.

When holding an item while fully infected by the plague the animation acts like they don't have an item equipped. I don't know if it's with every item but it happened with a medkit and a David was holding it.

Get fully infected by the plague whilst holding an item.
• How often does this occur
Every time.
