Adrenal Gland Charm Texture Missing [PC]

The killer's charm "Adrenal Gland" is completely blank-white in the menu and in-game, textures are clearly missing.

That will make it easy to find your hooks! Same problem for me although mine are black rather than white. Only seen it in the menu though. I haven't played a game with it equipped.
