Is it possible for Ghostface to get in an archive?
Hear me out.
The character Danny Johnson isn't licensed, only the Ghost Face is. So is it possible that we'll get some lore for the actual character behind the mask in a future tome? Tell me what you think.
I came up with this idea at midnight last night and I was tired AF, so I probably missed something.

This has been a question on a lot of people's minds. The issue is that, while Danny isn't licensed, his mask is, and to unlock his story, you would need to pay real money to do his challenges unless they only did generic things with his perks and general things he's good at (like gen grabs).
Honestly, it's all on R.J. Torbert (the man behind the license), and he's been the most willing license holder to work with.

but the mask is, and I can't see them making the archive without featuring the mask

True, but it is still possible if they are willing to reveal his face. But you're right, it's highly unlikely that they'll do it without a mask.

Depends on the agreement they made. Ghost Face could be partly owned by the license holder and as such require they're permission, or he could be the sole property of DBD with the only licensed part being the mask. I hope it'll happen eventually.
