Healing Speed
How fast are you healing when you use self care, botany knowledge and desperate measures at maximum potential?
Also,in the info of self care it says you are healing at 50% of normal healing speed (16 seconds),wouldn't that be 24 seconds instead of 32?

Hi I can answer the second question for you:
No, you heal in 32 seconds. How it works is, when you perform an action, you're entering 1/1 charges each second, or c/s. 1/1 is just written as 1, so 1c/s. With self care, you heal at 50% speed, meaning you're entering only 50% of the charges, or 1/2 c/s. 1/2, or 0.5.
It takes 16 charges to fill up the healing bar. When someone else is healing you, they enter 1c/s. 16 charges needed, 16 seconds. When using Self Care, 0.5 charges each second, 16 charges needed, 32 seconds.

The basic action speed formula is:
[Action Time] = [Base Action Time] / (1 + [Modifier])
So, as a simple example, let's imagine you're just running Botany Knowledge and you want to know how fast a normal heal is. As GoodBoyKaru said, the base heal time is 16s. So:
16s / (1 + .33 ) = 12s
Now, max Desperate Measures would give you 56% faster healing. I believe you need to calculate the increases and the decreases separately with this formula in order for the numbers to work out, so let's do it.
Healing speed with just Self Care:
16s / (1 - .5)) = 32s
Now, apply Botany and Desperate Measures:
32s / (1 + (.56+.33)) = 17s
So, assuming my math is good, you'd be almost down to normal healing speed with both perks!
I'd recommend you check this video out from int3r4ct. It does a good job of explaining how action speed is calculated. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s6VvGgT8zgE

This and if you can stack leader if you really wanted to speed it up for others if you're weird like that

Ah,right completely forgot about that.
I even watched that one video from int3r4ct at some point.
Math in this games seems a bit more complicated sometimes than you think.
Thanks for the help <3
