Switch sometimes can't hook survivors since 4.2.0

Since the 4.2.0 patch on the Nintendo Switch sometimes you are unable to hook a survivor on a specific hook. What I've found is that I can walk to a different hook and hook them fine there or if I drop the survivor, I can pick them back up and hook them on the hook that wasn't working. This issue seems to happening in almost every killer match that I play. I've noticed this while playing survivor where the killer will stand in front of a hook unable to do anything until I wiggle free.

I just thought I sucked or was playing wrong. Hate when it happens, because I don’t want the survivor to think I’m being toxic. I honestly just can’t hook you bro.
