PC - Getting Sync Error 112 Again

Step 1 : Play as killer. (Didn't try this with survivor yet but i presume it will happen.)
Step 2 : Play the game and get to the end game screen.
Step 3 : Get the error.
I played as legion and ghost face when i got the error.
It happened 80-90% of my games last time, currently 2 out of 3 games.
