Xbox Quickly entering lockers creating two big issues

On xbox, this happens 50 percent of the time with quick and quiet and lockers.
Using quick and quiet, the lockers are still making an audible noise when entering quickly. Not just that, sometimes my character model is seen on the side of the locker while inside it. Makes it pretty useless.
