Match lost / Bloodpoints lost

• Description of the issue: I'm very angry about what just happened to me. I entered a game with a friend of mine (Burgerqueen), we were facing against the hillbily, after the other two survivors that matched us could not survive, he killed my partner leaving me alone in the game, what happened next was too fast: the killer found quickly the hatch, leaving the exit doors as the only option, for a strange reason while I was opening one door, the other one opened, in which the murderer comes to my side, I open the door I am about to escape and hits me onto the floor and he lifts me up, taking me to the closest hook and this is where the bug happens: 1) it doesn't hook me or I stop in the air with half an animation of being hooked, 2) having not completed the animation of being hooked, I fall to the floor but I can't move and the game does not end even when the bar ends and leaving me no option to exit, to which I select to exit the game and it tells me as if I had not participated in the entire game.
