Map: THE NEW Yamaoka Estate Family Residence map

Description: The hatch spawned beside the stairs. I tried giving the key to my friend he also can't open it.

    Had this issue as well. Took my a full minute to get the hatch to open. Hatch position is fine, just make it face the opposite direction.
