Hex: Undying Counter?

Hey all,

Not sure if anyone has posted this yet (probably so) but here goes,

Does anyone know if Distortion works for Hex:Undying? I know it’s a niche perk, and usually a wasted slot, but does it make you undetectable? Also, if so, do you lose a token simply by being near one?

    Yeah it will remove a token and activate so could be a niche way of calling out undying similar to waiting for a hook to call out bbq

    It works on Undying but the Aura reading effects from that perk is so minuscule in practicality that you're probably never going to actually need it to counter it.

    Most of the time you are in range of totems the killer usually isn't even looking in your direction and because there's no notification so they have no need to suddenly whip around to your direction

    The aura reading of Undying is at it's strongest on early game, 'cause the killer is twitching like a crackhead searching for survivors. After the first chase he'll either be on gens or in chases, so it's aura reading becomes neglectable so I wouldn't waste a perk slot for "countering" that.
