DS does not stun the killer for 5 seconds

Did they stealth-nerf the perk and forgot to edit the perk's description. I had a couple of games which stunned the killer for less than 5 seconds... Anyone else ?

It's a confirmed bug, but if I recall correctly only some killers are bugged and the rest are working properly
