Why BHVR should revert Billy's old state

Since the overheat update, I'm not seeing a single soul playing Billy, nor good streamers that was maining him continued playing (the entire game?), there are reasons why this happened.

First off, Hillbilly was unlike most killers very deep in the sense of as you can push him very far since he had a very high skill ceiling. Meanwhile, now that you've removed a lot of ways to use those mindgames at their best potential, you are annihilating and making all Billy's mains simply avoiding him, since he is very limited as now.

Before, the fact that his chainsaw was usable in every situations would allow him to get incredible mindgames.

As for balancing wise, Billy was perfectly fine (in comparaison to killers like Nurse and Spirit) since he demanded WAY more mechanical skills (roughly translated as "muscle memory") and good decision making for each loops there were.

He had a ton of mindgames, probably more than any killers in the game when you used his chainsaw to its best potential.

Curving, chainsaw feathering, keeping your chainsaw charge while being stunned, faking chainsawing the pallet so the survivor goes toward a certain spot, thus allowing you to curve.

Indeed, some players that had the optic of playing higher skill ceilings killers are more likely not playing the game anymore.

Now also consider the fact that some players literally had over 1k hours on Billy single-handedly and probably P3ed him for those reasons I pointed (even some of them did have Legacy).

The disgust is relevant and enough to revert him.

Having a killer that no one uses is thoroughly stupid.

His old add ons were busted and his overheat mechanic is very generous and barely comes into play.

It doesn't really come into play, but it's definitely a restriction on how much he can use his power. Good billies will likely never overheat yes, but will say to themselves "oh i shouldn't chainsaw here because i'll overheat", it's hard to put into words.

Plus watching battleguy has really made me aware of how this didn't fix the bland, boring billies who only backrev. Instead it hurt actual good players who knew curving, etc.

It was just a pointless change IMO, and it's pretty sad to see barely any billy now in pubs.
