I wasn't totally sure if I really wanted to publish this killer, as I wasnt sure if it would really be all that strong, but I figure I may as well publish it, so hear y'all go.

New Killer: The Drowned

Speed: 4.6 M/s / 115%

Terror Radius:32 Meters

Weapon: Harpoon

Power: Of The Deep

Of The Deep is The Drowned’s ability to fill a survivor’s lungs with water, causing them to experience various debilitating effects as their lungs become increasingly waterlogged. Of The Deep encompasses multiple abilities that inflicts survivors with the Drowned status effect. This effect has various intensities based on the number of charges of Drowned the survivor is inflicted with. As a survivor gains Drowned charges, a dark vignette begins to cover the survivor’s vision, impairing their ability to see. When a survivor reaches 100 charges of Drowned, they are inflicted with the Blind and Oblivious status effects. While standing, survivors can attempt to cough up the water in their lungs. The time it takes to cough up a full 100 charges is 30 seconds. Survivors can cough up as much or as little water at a time as they want. If survivors have been inflicted with Blind and Oblivious, they must have 25 charges or less of Drowned. After reaching 75, 50, 25 and 0 Drowned charges, survivors will loudly cough, creating a noise notification that can be seen within 48 meters.

Ability 1: Wave

By pressing right click, The Drowned stretches out her arm and sends forth an arc of water that travels forward 8 meters and is 5 meters in length. Survivors hit by one of these waves are inflicted with 15 charges of drowned.

Ability 2: Asphyxiate

While standing over a survivor that is in the dying state, The Drowned streams some water directly into the survivor’s lungs. This inflicts the survivor with 35 charges of drowned.

Passive Ability: Ripple

When performing a basic attack or a lunge attack,  The Drowned produces a small ripple of water from her location with a 3 meter radius. Survivors hit with this ripple are inflicted with 10 charges of drowned.

Perks:

Dead Zone: Whirlpool

A Dead Zone with a 12 meter radius spawns in a random location. Over a period of 20 seconds, the radius of this Dead Zone will increase to a radius of 32/40/48 meters. Survivors within this Dead Zone suffer moderately from a dizziness effect. After spending 30 seconds at maximum radius, the Dead Zone will disappear and spawn in a random location, repeating the process.

Unlocks At Level 30: (Uncommon/Rare/Rare)

Leagues Below:

When hooking a survivor, the noise notification, aura reveal and icon update for the hooked survivor are delayed by 8/9/10 seconds. Additionally, the noise notification can only be seen or heard by survivors within 48/48/32 meters of the hook.

Unlocks At Level 35: (Uncommon/Rare/Very Rare)

Dead Zone: Trench

2/3/3 Dead Zones with a 15 meter radius will spawn in random locations containing at least 1 vault location. While within one of these Dead Zones, survivors that perform a vault suffer moderately from the hindered status effect for 2/2/3 seconds. 2 of these Dead Zones will change to a random location meeting the same requirements every 30 seconds.
