Xbox - Progress Deleted/Overwritten

For Reference, I'll refer to the account which was overwritten as "Account A" and the account that was copied from as "Account B."

On my Xbox, there are 2 accounts with differing levels of progress. Account A has inherited all character progress from Account B for an unknown reason. Archive progress and account level was not overwritten, but the actual character levels (for instance Account A had a Prestiged 3 Nea) was overwritten and instead had Account B's level 40 Nea with no prestige. Perks, items, etc were overwritten as well. Cosmetics from Account B that were purchased were also inherited for some reason, yet any cosmetics earned from past rifts were not.

I have no idea nor indication why Account A suddenly inherited Account B's character data, but I would like to restore Account A's progress if possible as they had large differing character progress. Any sort of help or feedback would be extremely appreciated.
