Killer Interrupt Glitch

So, I was playing some DBD on PC, and I was going for adept Wraith. However, at one instance, I accidentally triggered an interrupt action. Now, it doesn't seem too bad, but then the interrupt action, since I didn't hold M1 all the way, didn't finish, and the survivor wasn't caught. However, the game thought I was carrying the survivor. I was unable to hook or drop, since I wasn't carrying any survivor. All actions were blocked except attacking, but attacking has no lunge. Walk speed is normal, though (IDK why). I then saw the survivor I should've been carrying midair in the position where he/she was. I was able to hit them, but they can get clipped through walls, making you unable to hit them (in my case, the survivor clipped through a tree). This is a bug on my side, though, since the survivor in question was able to move freely on their side. This bug/glitch makes the game unplayable for the killer. I've never had this issue before, and it only occurred once.

I'm not sure how to reproduce it. Maybe load up as the Wraith, have a survivor vault a window, and just click M1 once, not hold it. It seems more like a glitch than a bug, but it could be both.
