Is the Blight recovery bug where he can't move for a second known?

I haven't seen anyone mention it. Sometimes during recovery, he'll stop completely until his recovery animation plays out. Doesn't matter if you're holding a movement key or rapidly tapping it to try and get him going again, he'll just... stop. And I don't mean the slowdown you normally get, I mean you're literally locked in place.

    I've noticed this. It's rare, but it does happen. I advise reporting it to the bug forums.
