Plague Adjustment Idea

As we all know, Plague is heavily reliant on either survivors cleansing themselves or addons in order to get corrupt purge. a majority of high-rank survivors tend to avoid cleansing at all since it virtually guarantees that she gets Corrupt.

In order to get around this, why not introduce a timer on how long cleansing pools stay corrupted? Anywhere from 1 to 3 minutes long so survivors do not guarantee she gets a use of her power, while also feeling encouraged to cleanse so they aren't 1-hit. In a sense, this supposed change would encourage survivors to cleanse so they aren't always insta-down, while also giving plague a choice to make, does she go for the pool across the map, or does she chase this other person for a down.

Think about it, why would I as a survivor do something somewhat out of the way for marginal benefits to myself and significant benefits to the killer? With Oni, his power comes from injuring survivors directly and collecting their blood orbs, however Plague is basically "puke on them till they break then smack em".

I'm open to suggestions, what you guys have to say, that sorta thing; I just want to be able to fight a plague without having to deal with giving her power or completely negating her power like trapper before his traps respawned

I feel like that would be... Interesting. One of the biggest things about learning her is knowing when to STOP infecting people so they don't reset the fountains.

Everyone used to not heal in her early days but at some point last year/this year it changed and now everyone heals.
