my computer broke at the end of the first rift and I didnt get a new one till after the 2nd rift ended
I went back and finished all the challenges for the compendium and lore but is there ANY way to get the items I missed? Id even be willing to earn the tiers slowly by Exp shard fragments if it meant I had a chance

After rift is closed you can't get this items anymore. But I heard cosmetics from the old rifts should appear in the store eventually. No date announced. Charms from old rifts most likely never gonna be obtainable.
