What's with all the tunneling today?
I swear every killer today. Even Otzdarva tunneled me to death which made me really sad because I thought he wasn't into that :D it was my first time playing against him too. Am sad.
Is there a daily that encourages it or something?

Might be awareness of the ds glitch. Might be less people running ds due to the glitch means there are matches with no obsession. Might be both.

There's a challange where killer needs to get Iridescent emblem for Deviousness, or something similar. Anyway, it involves getting 9 hooks in 1 match. Therefore everyone will have now their intestines ripped out and eyes gouged just to hook them 1 more time to reach Irridescent emblem.

We just had a rank reset, so all the different ranks are getting mixed together.
I've been getting facecamped a lot, which seems super weird to me even at rank 5. It'll settle down quickly once everyone gravitates back to their normal ranks.
Rank does matter.

not just you my dude. Been playing for 2 hours now and been tunnelled every game except one. Killers are really making me depip today. Not that rank means anything in this game.

There's also a challenge to kill the obsession 10 times , so if you're the obsession you will be tunneled most likely from killer's who have that challenge, cause it's easier than the other option with Hag.

This is definitely what the bubba I just played against is doing. He's letting himself get pallet stunned to switch obsessions then killing that person.

You may not use it but you indirectly benefited from it, because if that killer saw obsession was in play at least one probably more had it and it generally curbed tunneling. Now there's no reason on certain killers not to tunnel.

Yeah probably. One persy DCd at the beginning, another one hook suicided and then he let the Meg that hadn't been hooked once farm me on the hook until he tunneled me to death. He then stood AFK next to my death hook so the Meg could escape.
So yeah I was a bit bummed :D

Sounds like the source of your frustration was crappy teammates instead of tunneling.

Yeah they were definitely crappy. Still wish I wouldn't have been tunneled though. Made a crappy situation feel worse. Kinda felt like I was punished for not DCing.

I envy these people who have a bad day of tunneling and assume something is up.
