The Pig : Running way too fast after putting an RBT with Crate of Gears

I played the PIG today with Tampered Timer and Crate of Gears. After putting an RBT, I was running twice my normal speed. I caught survivors in a matter of second. I included a Screenshot of my loadout.
It might not be Crate of Gears related but I believe the speed buff to put the trap remained while running normally.
