Fullscreen causes UI issues (PC)

Ever since the 4.2.1 patch I can't play at fullscreen. The UI visuals don't line up with where you need the click. I haven't tried playing at fullscreen, but I can't imagine it working properly. This hasn't ever happened before patch 4.2.1.
