Description of the issue: even if I'm visibly striking a survivor that is basically standing still, I still don't actually hit them.
Steps to reproduce: I'm not sure. It might have to do with a different timing between when the hit is detected and when the strike visibly appears
How often: considering I still don't know what is the condition to trigger this, I can't say. Presumably all the times though.
