Why does Dragon Grip need an extra cool down?

Why can’t it be like make your choice. Right now it’s make your choice with another cool down. This perk is definitely not op, it’s barely usable. Can we please get rid of the extra cool down?

I'd be ok with that, so long as the exposed status also goes away if the affected survivor gets downed due to the perk. It shouldn't be able to punish a survivor more than once per trigger.

Because there is already so much stuff that gets spammed to instadown on every hit, in this game.
