Crossplay or not?
So crossplay has been out for a couple months now and im just curious as to where people stand now.
For me i was really excited for crossplay before it came out, but now that its been out for a while i have decided to turn mine off and heres why.
1. I feel like the community has developed this us vs them mentality where when your in the pregame lobby, if you see that globe symbol beside your team mates something clicks and the game turns into a us vs them and i dont like it.
2. I like playing killers with the same limitations as me, as someone with over 1200 hrs in the game, i play each side equally so i know what each side is capable of and after crossplay was enabled i learned that certain killers are way stronger on PC due to being able to flick more efficiently with a mouse like oni. Along with there frames being more stable than ours.
3. Queue times arent really that much longer. Maybe super late night like 1am-3am
4. I feel like there is less DCs and death on first hook
I play on xbox one servers and since turning off crossplay my games have gotten alot funner and i feel like the quality of my games is better.
Just my thoughts, what are yours?
