Hope "die on first hook" players will play vs each other in low priority with dc players.

Getting frustrated with certain aspects of dbd is natural, if you face hags often you could bring in flash lights and learn to loop the hag, if you are not in the mood to be daunting you could just take a break for a while.

To counter hag, just look behind at all time, unless you know there's no traps around. It's that simple. When you activate her trap the survivors camera changes, but the direction you going doesn't. So if you were looking forward and set of a trap, you would look at it and forward. But if your looking behind. You will be running out of her reach, as most hags will try to insta hit, she will whiff giving you some time. But if she's a good killer she will pick up your playstyle and won't swing. You'll get some time. Just not much.
There you go a simple trick for looping hag. And for the one thousand trap at hook solution. Wait until she get as a survivor down or she's too far away. Run through her web, destroying her.
But for the basement. You can't do anything just run down there and pray she is the most potato killer in dbd.
The reason I gave you these is beacause, I find it extremely boring when its a busted or boring killer that has high chance of winning, gets a guaranteed win when someone decides to kill themselves.
